We have boarded our pets at Zoot for over 2 years. This holiday season, after specific instructions to not allow two of our four dogs to be together because of a previous fight causing substantial injury to both of them (at Zoot), they were put together in a play yard. They got in a fight again causing injury, these dogs are significantly different in size and the result could have been deadly. \r Management has not informed me they have looked into who was person responsible or made changes to keep this from happening in the future.\r more

Great hospital employees and front desk 1/17/2012

We visited here with our two ""furry family members"" and we'll be coming back! The girls at the front desk were happy to answer all my questions and work our dogs into the schedule on a moment's notice. Once we got in our appointment the doctor was very nice (and on time!) and happy to answer ALL of my questions. Now i know why Zoot was voted best pet care facility and friendly service in GT. more

Finally! I Found It! 5/31/2011

We moved from California to Sun City last year and we have been using Zoot ever since. The other vet clinics we visited were crowded and cramped and quite frankly smelled. Not at Zoot. The front desk staff is so pleasant and accomodating. They called my old vet and all the records were ready to go when we had Monfiis' first appointment. Appointments always seem to run on time (Why can't my doctor do that?) We have used Zoot boarding on several occassions while taking Zoomers trips in Sun City. Cindy, who works in boarding, even e-mailed me a progress report to ease my nerves. If you love your pets live we do, this is your place! more

Good News! 5/27/2011

I was so happy to find this place close to our new home. I was running late for my first visit and they were more than willing to readjust their busy schedule! As I had dragged all three of our pups out with me, I was very grateful! My experience here has been nothing short of excellent. From the first phone call, in the door, waiting in the beautiful lobby enjoying free Starcbucks! The vet took plenty of time answering all my questions. more

Horrible office Staff and Service 4/15/2011

We had a hurt puppy English bulldog. We have been clients the past year. We needed help , because she hurt her leg. We took the wrong turn and we were 15 minutes late. We even called to notify them. They had the nerve to call back in 5 minutes to say we can't see you. Reschedule. We were in the parking lot. Needless to say.. you are only a # there with no real customer service. Front desk is horrible. Horrible service. Moved on to another vet office the same day that was able to fit our sweet bulldog in. NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND NO EXCUSES. Don't let Zoot's curbside appeal fool you. They don't have a heart for pets, no matter how much you are willing to spend and wait to get in. Good luck.. we have found a vet that actually cares & takes the time to show it. Zoot just cares about their mini boarding hotel they are running.. its a cash cow. Do yourself a favor and find a local vet that cares and is professional. more
