We hired Advanced Exteriors in August 2010 to put on a new roof, do some repairs, and paint the exterior of our home. They asked for an $1800 down payment. They told us the insurance company was not covering everything they should and that they would take care of dealing with them for the extra money. Our insurance agent told us they would not return his call, nor would they provide the information needed. After 7 frustrating months of no returned calls and no work done, we fired Adv Ext and hired a good contractor who, by the way, was able to complete the job with what our insurance company paid. Adv. Ext. will not return our calls or our money. We filed a grievance with the BBB, which was not resolved in the allotted time. We are now heading to small claims court. Do not use these people!
