I was days away from closing on a home that I had been told was inspected on three separate occasions by three different home inspection companies. I was told that there was no reason for me to even bother with having another inspection. I was determined and called Kenny at Commonwealth. Because we were so close to closing we had very small window of when we could do the inspection. Kenny went out of his way to accommodate my very particular scheduling needs. Kenny found years worth of mold in the crawlspace (a space I had been told was clear by the other inspectors). The damage in mold would have been thousands of dollars to rectify and that would not have even fixed the CAUSE of the mold. Kenny is a lifesaver. I thank God that we had him come inspect our potential home. My family will use Kenny for any and all of our home inspection needs from now into the future.
