In December 2010, the complex I live in switched providers. I was told I had to return the cable box and would receive a refund for the payment I made prorated. To date, April 28, 2011, I have not received my monies. I was given a date of the check being mailed as Friday, April 15, 2011 and as you can see it is now April 28th and I still do not have the check. That is just PITIFUL. I recall not sending my payment for cable services and they were on the phone calling about the payment not 1 hour on the day after delinquency. I have spoken to one of their representatives and they lied to her toooo. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! So what more can I say other than I WANT MY MONEY.
