I've taken exercise classes at the Y for over 6 years, and enjoy them very much. I've pulled many muscles in these classes, since your really are on your own, and at times overexert yourself. And then you have until the muscles have healed. But with the personal training provided with Mark, he helps me build up my muscles without damaging them. I'm sure I'm stronger now, and enjoy the variety of exercises I get to do. We can't forget that Mark is also very entertaining at the same time. Much better than watching TV or listening to music all the time while exercising.
