Mark and Mary Beth are very good at motivating you and keeping you motivated to reach your goal. The older I get, I'm 48, the harder it is to maintain my weight, plus my workouts were getting boring. Mark made working out fun again and Mary Beth helped me with the nutritional piece. Since I have been going to Breakthrough I have seen tremedous results and I am in better shape now than I was 20 years ago. I have gone from 21% body fat to 19%, in about 6 months. I see Mark 3 times a week and I never do the same thing twice in a weeks time, plus he knows just how far to push you. I agree with tsolomon, Mary Beth and Mark are more than just trainer/nutritionist but they have became good friends.
