Do not sign up with this company. The sales person first told me that I am obligated to sign a 3 year term contract with them which is what I agreed to. In no way did they tell me that they will auto renew the contract. You have to notify them 60 days prior to the ending of the contract or they will auto renew without even letting you know. (Who remebers that after 3 years and that is not what I agreed to) When I tried to cancel after almost 5 years, they told me, I am obligated to stay with them for another year and a half. That is unethical business practice. No company even cell phone companies will ""auto-renew"" a contract. What advantage is it to a consumer to renew a contract with them? They even kept raising their monthly price. I suspect the ""5 star"" reviews here are people paid by the company to offset the bad reviews. Check out the BBB website, you will see that they have the most complaints out of any alarm companies (182 for just the last 36 months). This company will do anything to keep taking your money; so consumer beware of their underhanded practices.
