While driving down Dixie Hwy I looked over and saw Tequila Sunrise Mexican Cafe. I was like, damn it's been 10 years since I've been there I really used to like that place. So I decided to stop in for lunch and I'm glad I did. \r

I have always loved the interior of this restaurant. Nor sure why because there isn't anything fancy about the place. It has a rustic look with an outside covered patio. It has a nice relaxed vibe to it.\r

My server was very friendly and she told me that each lunch entry comes with soup and salad. She pointed over to the middle of the restaurant and there was a help yourself salad and soup station. Not wanting to fill up on that, I opted to eat the chips and salsa instead along with the Crab Burrito with yellow rice. \r

The chips and salsa are very good. The chips were nice and warm and I really enjoyed the salsa. The hot salsa was green pepper/tomato mixture and it was extremely tasty. I mixed the red mild salsa with the green and it was F'ing awesome. \r

The crab burrito was very different from all the others I have sampled over the years (see pic). When I say different I mean different in a VERY good way. What sets this one apart is Dijon mustard sauce and the blue crab meat stuffed inside. Two unique flavors that work well together. You really have to try it to understand how this mixture is so different from the standard snow crab filling and white sauce found on all the other crab/seafood burritos. Just good $hit.\r
