I had the beginnings of peridontal issues. I visited 2 other periodontists who gave me free evaluations and a recommendation to use a non-invasive laser. However, Singiser recommended surgey (even after I explained the laser technique). On my evaluation, he basically preped me for surgery by taking pictures of my whole mouth. Then, he tried to schedule me for surgery and charge me $85 for the evaluation/surgical prep. I declined to pay because I was appauled that he would suggest surgery in my case - with mild peridontal issues. I opted for the laser route and it worked beautifully - no surgery!! I sent him the results, and he sent me to a collection agency just like the last reviewer. I sent more results 5 years later proving that I still did not need surgery!
