Out technician was Bill # 1556....He was here within 15 minutes for our back-up and took the time to explain our options.....We wnated it to be fixed correctly so he said he could do the job and re-pipe all of our plumbing in the basement so we would not have a problem again. He explained all the while he was here...(almost7 hours) what he was doing and did a great job. Plumbing is not a cheap project but when you have someone who explains everything to you it makes the bill a lot more bearable. GREAT JOB BILL !!
