He made a great first impression and I was very impressed with his professional and kind demeanor. Roto-Rooter Plumbers- Jan 27,2012 1/26/2012

I had a terrible issue in my downstairs bathroom that the water in the bath tub and sink would'nt go down. Also, the toilet bowl would'nt flush. We knew there was a blockage but couldnt figure it out. We called Roto- Rooter plumbers and they were able to come out an hour after my call! Unfortunately we were'nt going to be home so they asked if tomorrow between 8 and 10 would work. I said absolutely! The very next day the plumber called at 715 am to verify if we were home and then was at our house nice and early by 745! We have a old confusing house and he went out of his way to go through every measure possible to help our clog situation. Extremely pleasant and DEFINITELY would reccommend them!!! I know who to call if we ever have another issue!!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - Jan 8 2012 1/8/2012

I had a bathroom sink leaking and tried to repair it myself. One run to Home-Depot and one hour later I managed to mess up the pop-up connection and could not figure it out. I did a search and roto-rooter came up (I thought they only dealt with drainage issues... they are actually full service plumbing). They got to my house from their Holbrook NY location in about 30 minutes - on a Sunday! - quoted the repair at no cost and took care of it right away when I approved it. I also asked them to take a look at a slow flushing toilet and they took care of it too, giving me a $75.00 discount on their standard rate. To be sure, I thought it was a little pricey but I believe that you get what you pay for. The pipes below my sink now look much better and more professionally installed and everything is working great. In addition, the technician / plumber servicing my house was probably one of the most professional tradesmen I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers-December 22, 2011 12/28/2011

Roto Roooter Plumbers helped me over a two day period on an emergency basis to fix a clogged laundry drain dry well under the ground that was causing a back-up in the house. I live in the Lake Grove/Ronkonkoma area and they were at the house in less than 2 hours working and fixing the problem. I had a 3 part job over two days and the service was excellent. My laundry dry well drain is located under a paver walkway and you woukld not know any work is was done. The thrid and final part of the job was the truck delivering the chemicals to insert in the drain and this was done neatly and efficiently and on an expedited basis. Company may be a bit pricey, but the service, expertise and solutions outweigh the cost. We are at ease now and likely have another 10 year usage of the dry well...Thank-you Roto Rooter. more

Beyond amazing service, really nice, kid friendly, I have 5 kids and he was so sweet and patient with how much they all kept asking questions. quickly found the problem, explained it all to me before any work was done. in and out with no mess no fuss and polite as ever. more

Great Service 4/23/2011

Out technician was Bill # 1556....He was here within 15 minutes for our back-up and took the time to explain our options.....We wnated it to be fixed correctly so he said he could do the job and re-pipe all of our plumbing in the basement so we would not have a problem again. He explained all the while he was here...(almost7 hours) what he was doing and did a great job. Plumbing is not a cheap project but when you have someone who explains everything to you it makes the bill a lot more bearable. GREAT JOB BILL !! more

Tom # 252 was at our home within 30 minutes of being called. He was fast, efficient, professional but most importantly, he got the job done. We had a severe backup and clog. He snaked out our kitchen line and told us how to maintain our system in the future. I highly recommned Tom. more

The technician came in, clearly explained what he was going to do, and how much it would cost. He was efficient, neat and took care of the immediate problem. When he was done, he explained everything he did and what he found, and then went on to suggest measures we could take to prevent the problem from happening again. Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service 3/11/2011

We initially called Roto Rooter to snake the main line due to a gurgling and clog in the toilet. Ken G #3761 found that we had a full septic tank. He arranged to have it done the same day. The gurgling was still happening. Ken came back the next morning and traced it to the vent pipe int he attic. It was crushed when the house was built supposedly. He fixed it at no extra charge. While we thought we overpaid on the pumping, it was a little easier to digest after two men spent 3 1/2 hours getting rid of the gurgle. more

Our plumber , William, arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and completed the job thoroughly and professionally. He was so courteous in shutting off the water in only the room he was working on so we would not be inconvenienced by a whole-house shut-off.
