Mike from Air Extraordinaire installed a new reverse cycle air conditioner ( we thought! ) not very long ago. When it got cold last winter I couldn't get the heater to work so I called him and he swore it had a heater and he said that he would come out and show me. So, of course, he never came and he stopped answering my calls.
When the unit stopped cooling, I called All Air of South Dade.
They immediately come out and said not only had our AC motor on the unit frozen but it also never had had a heating element installed!
Chris handled getting the new motor and heater and when he needed help pulling wires David and Charles came to help him in no time. While Chris was waiting for David he said he was going out to get food. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital that day and needed a prescription filled so I asked him if he would mind dropping of my husband's prescriptions
at the near by pharmacy. He said it would be no problem.
All Air of South Dade found more work than they originally estimated, but they still honored their original estimate.
When they finished and cleaned up after completing the job Chris even went back to the pharmacy pick up my husbands medicine! We had talked to the pharmacy and told them to expect him.
Very nice company!
