I've tried several local Chevy stores to repair my Malibu. I find it so interesting that each experience can be so different, and in most cases so poor. My experience was not so at Matick. I was greeted quickly, given an estimate for my repairs and kept informed throughout the repair process. They not only called me but emailed me pictures and status updates on my repair, going above and beyond what I expected. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was ready to go, they explained everything they did for me and the bill actually came UNDER the estimate they gave me. First time ever. I was so refreshed that the people there were so nice, friendly and professional. I'll definitely be returning when I need repairs in the future.
