I had a great salesman, Mr. Clark Simmons who worked a great deal. This car was a surprise gift for my wife. He helped me find untapped resources for a down payment. After the sale he followed up with any concerns we had. This was our second car with Mr. Simmons. Overall, we've had a really good experience. more

Best Dealership Ever!!! 5/2/2012

I absolutely love this dealership. After a horrible experience at Merollis Chevrolet dealership, I contacted this dealership via email and received a response quickly. Anna responded and was certained I will receive much better care. However, I was still skeptical and didn't expect for the quality of service to be as phenomenal as it was. This dealership will listen to your concerns and will try their best to please you. Eric Glenn was my salesman and I give him an A+++++ for the superb service. He's very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Paul Zimmerman is the General Sales Manager and he is just amazing. This dealership corrected the damage that Merollis created and made me a happy loyal customer. Body Shop was Fantastic! 2/26/2012

I recently had an accident in my Malibu and my Insurance Agent recommended I take my car to Matick Chevrolet. There are closer dealers to my home, but I decided to have my Malibu taken there and listen to him. I couldn't be more happy that I did. The repair was really quick and better yet, I got to drive a new Cruze while my car was fixed. Every day I was able to see a picture of my car and how the repair was going, it was really cool to follow the process while it was going on without having to call for updates all the time. Overall, the people there was so friendly and they made it easy for me. When I got my car back, it looked about 3x better than I can remember! I can't thank them enough! Pros: null Cons: null more

Rude Salesmen 1/16/2012

My girlfriend went there today to look at a new car. She is wanting to buy something this week. The sales people were very rude. She was interested in a Chevy Equinox. The display model was around 33k she asked to see a lower option model. The salesman was rude and said you can see them outside. He never came out. Treating people right 4/26/2011

I purchased my Corvette from these guys after going down to another dealership down the road first. What a difference. I was treated professionally, I was able to test drive the car and given payments quickly without hassle. I tried to contact several stores online before coming to test drive one and had an awful time until I found Matick. They gave me pricing quickly, we agreed upon the figures and I was driving with 30 minutes. It couldn't have been easier. I'm trilled with my new Corvette and look forward to visiting the dealership for service. more

Great Service 4/17/2011

I've tried several local Chevy stores to repair my Malibu. I find it so interesting that each experience can be so different, and in most cases so poor. My experience was not so at Matick. I was greeted quickly, given an estimate for my repairs and kept informed throughout the repair process. They not only called me but emailed me pictures and status updates on my repair, going above and beyond what I expected. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was ready to go, they explained everything they did for me and the bill actually came UNDER the estimate they gave me. First time ever. I was so refreshed that the people there were so nice, friendly and professional. I'll definitely be returning when I need repairs in the future. more

Informative and Refreshing Dealership Change! 12/7/2006

Matick really gets down to business. They have a HUGE indoor showroom and their Salespeople aren't into hassling people, but more into just giving us information. I went in, was greeted immediately, not pressured and given all the figures before I left. It was exactly what I was looking for. They followed up, helped my situation and got me into a great new Chevrolet. There's good things to be said about car dealerships after all. more
