Poor Customer Service and Road Noise 4/9/2011

The rooms were low quality and can hear cars loudly. They people at the front desk are just not service oriented. Upon arrival, our family had to haul our own luggage because the bell man had other priorities.We requested towels by the pool several times, it took them 45 minutes to respond. The shuttle service was unorganized and our family was left at Universal Studies awaiting for a ride back because the shuttle was too full to transport three families. They had a good pizza delivery service and rooms were clean--a little but 'tired' older room. Hotel needs to replace external windows and sound proof. Overall, the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. more
