Animal Emergency Room provided me with was is without a doubt the worst veterinary care I have ever seen or received. The staff was extremely rude to me and had absolutely no bedside manner. They required me to pay for their estimated treatment up front, then, after taking my money, just left us there for several hours with no treatment. When they finally got around to my dog, they did not have the medications she needed. Furthermore, they performed treatments not in the estimate and without my consent while they had her somewhere in a back room. Livid, I left, with no medication and a dog who was quite literally in worse shape then when I arrived. I ended up having to take her to another vet the next day. I will never take any pet back to this clinic.
