Alps Air Conditioning & Heating installed a furnace. The installation process took about 5 hours, and it was my first time using them. I haven't been able to use the furnace yet, since it is summer, but I assume it works fine.
I thought that Alps Air Conditioning's follow up was outstanding. From the time the bid was received and the first sales person came out to my house, until months later when I decided to use them for the install, it was a very warm and fuzzy experience. They were absolutely wonderful. Whether it was a request for a copy of the insurance or a question about the installation process, someone was there 100 of the time. It was a good experience.
