Alps Air Conditioning & Heating replaced my air conditioner. They located the service unit and added cooling to my attic. My entire house cools perfectly and evenly now. My electric bill was cut in half. I received a big rebate from California Edison, too. I'd absolutely recommend their services. more

Outstanding follow up; they were wonderful. 4/27/2011

Alps Air Conditioning & Heating installed a furnace. The installation process took about 5 hours, and it was my first time using them. I haven't been able to use the furnace yet, since it is summer, but I assume it works fine. I thought that Alps Air Conditioning's follow up was outstanding. From the time the bid was received and the first sales person came out to my house, until months later when I decided to use them for the install, it was a very warm and fuzzy experience. They were absolutely wonderful. Whether it was a request for a copy of the insurance or a question about the installation process, someone was there 100 of the time. It was a good experience. more

Alps Air Conditioning & Heating are professional and efficient. 4/19/2011

Alps Air Conditioning & Heating was great! I got two or three estimates and they gave me the best price. Plus, I was very impressed with the owner, Allen, who seemed extremely knowledgeable, more so than the other companies, he seemed to know what he was talking about. They worked very hard and didn't slack off at all. They were also very polite. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again in the future. This is a great company!
