The Body Shop did a wonderful job on my car. When I was on my way out of town my car was struck by boulders falling down the mountain. I was towed back to Reno, and The Body Shop helped me with getting a rental car so that I could continue on my way to the Bay Area.
They worked with the insurance adjuster even while I was out of town and stayed in touch with me the entire time. It went really well, and the car looks fantastic. There are a couple little things that I need to take to them, but I am confident that it won't be a problem.
I think anyone bringing their car to The Body Shop will be pleased by how friendly and courteous they are. Their customer service is very good. If you have any issues they are definitely willing to work and talk with you.
