I work automotive and if I did what these guys do you would never want to pay me again. With apparent no real training and a hassling owner Im not surprised they will be going out...

Excellent repair 6/10/2013

I went through my insurance and The Body Shop offered the best price of the 3 quotes. After someone bumped into my left rear bumper and the turning signal was broken, The Body Shop of Reno Sparks did an excellent repair. I have no complaints , they were great ! more

I had a fender bender and the insurance company gave me a fixed amount. I went to The Body Shop of Reno Sparks and they fixed it. It was great. It was really fast and courteous service. They took care of me and even arranged a rental. Everything was great. I was happy to have my car back in 2 days. There's nothing like a new bumper to make your car look good. more

Thoroughly impressed 3/20/2013

My car was backed into and The Body Shop of Reno Sparks helped me get all the parts that I needed and made sure that I would be satisfied. There was a delay in getting the parts that I needed, so I wasn't able to get my car in time for a trip so they actually drove me to and from the airport! I am thoroughly impressed with their service. more

Everything worked out just fine. 2/1/2013

I got dinged by someone who was backing out of a parking spot, and The Body Shop of Reno Sparks was recommended by the insurance company. I followed through with them and everything worked out to our advantage. There was not much time lost before the job was done and the workmanship was good. They also guarantee the work and followed up after which was good. more

Anyone would be a fool to not try The Body Shop. 3/9/2012

I used The Body Shop once before and after that, I demanded them. They are awesome, quick, and experienced. Michelle is so peaceful and brings calmness to the situation. I was so distraught from the situation and she really went the extra mile and called for a rental car for me when my mother was on her last few days. She was the reason that I could be with her. They are within the medium price range and they do impeccable work. They overextended themselves for me and you don't see customer service like that anymore. Every second of their time was grade A and there could not be a better company. They calm you down and ease you. They really make the process so painless. more

The Body Shop did some work for my daughter's vehicle, so she dealt with them a bit more than I did. I just started the paperwork. What I can say is that the lady at the counter was more than helpful once the insurance company got involved. They were all very helpful. more

No if's, and's or questions! 11/21/2011

We've been using The Body Shop, Inc. a couple of times. They've been very prompt when they say that the car's going to be ready. No if's, and's or questions. We live an hour and a half away from them, so when we make an appointment with them, we know everything looks good, which makes everything that much better. We were just looking around for a body shop when we went down and talked to The Body Shop, Inc. We liked the way they treated us, and we decided to have our car repaired there! more

They made a bad situation much, much better! 11/17/2011

This was my first experience with The Body Shop, and it was great! The insurance company of the individual at fault for the accident was very slow in responding and taking care of the claim. Michelle was fantastic to work with, and was willing to make calls to the insurance company as well as I was. She made what was a bad situation into a much, much better situation. And when the go ahead was given for them to fix my truck, it only took two days so the turnaround was great! They made my 11 year old truck brand new again! I will definitely recommend them to others and go back again! more

The service at The Body Shop was excellent. I got several different estimates and by far theirs was the least. The person, I believe her name is Michelle, the woman who runs the front desk, she was very, very personable, and she goes out of her way to do thing for you. For example, I left my shirt in the car, and she went over and grabbed the shirt. She goes above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend her and the shop to anybody that needs body work. more

Good deals and beautiful jobs. 9/7/2011

The Body Shop was wonderful! What happened in my experience was I sent in the car for fixing and they did a great job. I'm really happy! It was not too expensive either. They gave me a good deal. My car was just a little damage, just some damage on the bumper, and they did a wonderful job fixing it. I'm really happy with them. If I need to have a car fixed again, I'm going to those guys again to get it fixed because they did a great job. If somebody is looking to get their vehicle fixed, I would recommend this shop, because they give you good deals and they do a beautiful job. They are wonderful, and I love them! I'm really happy! They fixed it perfect, with perfect color, and there is nothing wrong. They're great! more

It looked like the dent was never even there! 9/6/2011

We had a big dent in one quarter-panel of the truck, and The Body Shop fixed it. They saved everything they could and reused it, matching the paint exactly, and even putting the pinstripe on so that it looked like the dent was never there. They also called all the time to tell us where they were in the process. more
