When I called for a windshield replacement, I was asked where I preferred to have the work done, and was quoted a time of 10am-1pm. The installer showed up at my home at 10:15am, was very courteous, and did a bang-up job on the window. He even cleaned up and made sure I had no questions or concerns before leaving.
