very courteous 4/28/2011

When I called for a windshield replacement, I was asked where I preferred to have the work done, and was quoted a time of 10am-1pm. The installer showed up at my home at 10:15am, was very courteous, and did a bang-up job on the window. He even cleaned up and made sure I had no questions or concerns before leaving. more

A broken window on my Honda Element 2/2/2011

I certainly learned my lesson when I decided to call another place (even though I've used you guys before) to fix a broken window on my Honda Element. They totally screwed the job up, and I ended up having you guys come out and re-do it. I tore up the other company's number! more
