Paula was by far the rudest and most UNPROFESSIONAL woman I have ever encountered. And here's why. My husband and I set up a last minute appt on the day we were to renew our vows. However, we had something come up and were not able to make it. We gave them adequate notice of our cancellation and they REFUSED to refund our money. A week later, we called to ask why they had still not refunded our money, Paula the owner/receptionist chewed my husband out so loudly on the phone I could hear her in the NEXT room. Then Paula hung up when it was my husband's turn to talk. She was NOT willing to hear anything we had to say. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA.. Unless you are willing to throw away money and be disrespected. So much for southern hospitality.
