Paula was by far the rudest and most UNPROFESSIONAL woman I have ever encountered. And here's why. My husband and I set up a last minute appt on the day we were to renew our vows. However, we had something come up and were not able to make it. We gave them adequate notice of our cancellation and they REFUSED to refund our money. A week later, we called to ask why they had still not refunded our money, Paula the owner/receptionist chewed my husband out so loudly on the phone I could hear her in the NEXT room. Then Paula hung up when it was my husband's turn to talk. She was NOT willing to hear anything we had to say. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA.. Unless you are willing to throw away money and be disrespected. So much for southern hospitality. more

Casablanca Day Spa is a fabulous place! I went there for for a couple of different treatments - massage, reflexology, and cranial sacral treatment. Paula, my massage therapist, was the best! She catered to my needs and came up with a personalized massage treatment just for me:) The atmosphere of the room in combination with her wonderful touch helped me have one of the most relaxing treatments I've ever had! I literally didn't think I could get up off the table I was so relaxed. I highly recommend Casablanca for all those that are visiting or living in the Hilton Head area. You won't regret it!! more

With my wedding taking place in Hilton Head, I brought this company a lot of business over a two day period including a combination of manicures and pedicures for 8 women and wedding day hair for 3 women. One of the owners, Paula Biondo, was incredibly disrespectful to my family and friends and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. Because she was unwilling to give any kind of discount, I found coupons in a local magazine for the pedicures. An employee working in the salon did not understand how the coupon worked and incorrectly gave my friend a discount. Not only did Paula yell at her employee while we were still trying to enjoy our day at the spa, but she expected my friend to pay the difference of the incorrectly applied coupon. It was a mistake that her employee made and yet somehow it was our fault. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional and ruined any type of relaxation gained from the experience. In addition, she yelled at one my friends for answering a cell phone in the salon. There was not sign posted and instead of asking politely she decided it was better to yell at a paying customer and cause a scene. I will never again visit this salon or recommend there services, which is a shame considering that the work was very good. Cons: Rude, Unprofessional more
