We first visited when the restaurant opened and the experience was not good. Friends of our convinced us to try it again which we did on 03/31/2011. The service lacked a lot for a restaurant of this caliber. I had to ask for my iced tea to be refilled each time it was empty. Waiter was hardly around during the meal. The scallops appetizer was great and unusual. The tomato mozzarella lacked taste and the tomatoes were not sweet. I get sweet ones from HEB with no problems. The surf and turf was nothing to brag about as the pork chop was chewy and lobster was over cooked. You could not get bananas foster as they had no bananas! Only 2 creme brulee left. Hard to believe they got such a good rating from Austin area restaurants but then we are not food critics that have announced we are coming. We will not go back as it has been two very poor experiences for us. Do not go on a Thursday. Sad for Georgetown. JC
