Town Toyota (and the entire Town group) is a virtual monopoly in the Wenatchee valley and they are overcharging customers for service and repair work. I asked for an estimate for scheduled service and the computer printed out $139.45. The service rep then crossed it out and hand wrote in $239.99. I questioned the Service Manager Tyge Anderson about it being so much higher than other dealers I have used and he said they are a "Value" service organization and command a higher price. I have always paid around $65 for an oil change and inspection. I called a dealer in Spokane and they quoted $59 plus tax and waste fee. Town Toyota is using their monopoly in Wenatchee to over charge customers in a gouging amount. Be aware of this when you go there.
