Great Salesman 5/2/2013

I went to 4 dealerships before we met our guy! His name is Ron M. he is a big fella who reminds me and my husband of our grandson. He greeted us and instantly I knew he was a nice guy! He asked us what we needed in a car and what we wanted in a car. We told him what we wanted and needed and what we wanted to spend. Other dealerships were pushy and aggressive. Ron just smiled and said follow me I have the PERFECT car. Before I show you I will be right back! He said with excitement. I told my husband here comes the pushy guy Maybe Ron wasn't so different. He came back with a License Plate. He was Different! He said sorry for the delay I just know this is your new car. Then he showed us the car. I LOVED it it was so cute! He spent 1-2 hours explaining the features and benefits of the car and it was in my budget! Not the usual.. I know its 5000 more but if i can get you a great deal would you buy routine... Ron worked up the numbers NO STRESS! We drove away in our new Scion XD! Thank you more

I was new to Wenatchee and needed my wifes car repaired and an oil change. They did everything they told me they would and it was even cheaper than the original estimate. I was pretty happy so I brought in My (non Toyota) I was helped by someone else as the original service guy was off. The lady that helped me was just as awesome(she was $6.00 over estimate) as I authorized a bulb that was burned out. AWESOME CREW more

Take your car to a real shop! 3/28/2012

I was looking to buy a car through a private seller and wanted it looked at for a pre-buy inspection. Unfortunately, the seller wasn't able to get it into Angler's up the street, so I asked her to take it to Town Toyota where she worked to try and compromise with her work schedule, and I'd pay the bill. I should have read the online reviews, shame on me! Upon calling to make the appointment for the inspection, I made certain to ask if they'd be checking the car out so I'd be aware of any problems before the buy, and was assured they offered the service for a little over $89, which came out to $102 with taxes and some kind of disposal fee. So I paid for the service, and everything on their report came back good except for the air filter in the car I was looking at. So I met the seller, the car looked awesome, and I got the loan and bought it. On the way home from Wenatchee, the car started having a rough shift in low gears. Service Center Concerns 8/30/2011

I've had good service in the past. However, now I have concerns. Service before last I was told that my battery failed the load test and needed to be replaced (I didn't do it). Still working just fine. During the last service call it was brought to my attention that the Left Rear break drum had hairline cracks around the holes and should be replaced for a cost of about $206. Well, this is an easy fix. $50 for a new brake drum and I replaced it myself. Only problem was that when I replaced it I found NO hairline cracks!! On a side note: During the last service they made absolutely NO mention of the battery which they said was bad during the previous service. I'm beginning to see a pattern here and I don't like what I'm seeing! Beware!! more

Can't Be Trusted With The Simplest Of Tasks 7/12/2011

Went in for an oil change- 5,000 mile service they call it. My starter was going so they replaced that, and told me my battery failed the load test and I needed a new battery too. Overcharged me on the entire deal, didn't give me any warranty for the battery, "Just bring it by" the guy says. If I have to pay that much for a battery that I could have walked across the street to Costco and gotten for 1/2 as much- you should really get a written warranty. \r \r Get in the vehicle after said work was done, and get 1/2 way home before I realize the stereo no longer works. Take it back to the dealership and have the mechanic look at it- and he can't find anything wrong. They were going to replace the radio- free of cost (kudos to them on this one) but then it "magically" started working again the next day. \r \r Several weeks later I popped my hood and come to find out the nut to the cable which grounds the battery to the frame of the vehicle was totally loose and about ready to fall off. Town Toyota Overcharges customers 3/26/2011

Town Toyota (and the entire Town group) is a virtual monopoly in the Wenatchee valley and they are overcharging customers for service and repair work. I asked for an estimate for scheduled service and the computer printed out $139.45. The service rep then crossed it out and hand wrote in $239.99. I questioned the Service Manager Tyge Anderson about it being so much higher than other dealers I have used and he said they are a "Value" service organization and command a higher price. I have always paid around $65 for an oil change and inspection. I called a dealer in Spokane and they quoted $59 plus tax and waste fee. Town Toyota is using their monopoly in Wenatchee to over charge customers in a gouging amount. Be aware of this when you go there. more

Be aware! 3/20/2011

I can honestly say I have been ripped off and I know many people can agree with me. Mike Sprague and Tyge Anderson are dishonest people who will take advantage of you. We need to get on board and contact the regional Toyota office and let them know, so they can improve Town Toyota. more

Service Very Poor 2/28/2009

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Town Toyota, one a new Camry. We have found their service department to be very unsatisfactory. While in the purchasing phase, the salesman promised us total and complete service; this was not the case when we had a problem. \r \r Also, have had to go back to the service department multiple times for the same problem; each time, they try to convince me that I am in need of purchasing a new item. Finally, they fix the problem without any need of additional purchase. \r \r Would not purchase a vehicle again from Town Toyota...buyer beware! \r \r Also the Toyota Corporation is of no help when contacted regarding our issues. more

Great auto dealership. 11/30/2008

Town Toyota in East Wenatchee, Washington has great vehicles, nice people and good service. I have been there to get my Toyota repaired. They did a good job. It was a little costly, but that is not a criticism, just that getting a good mechanic to work on your vehicle these days will cost you some money. I do love their cars. I have had a few Toyotas and they all ran great and never break down. And get great mileage. more
