It's not easy to find a vet that is open 24/7. I dont use them as my local vet yet, but i did have to bring in my dog Jack on emergency for a bleeding toe nail that the groomer cut to short. This to me was an upsetting thing to see my Jack in such pain. I was greeted with warm smiles at the desk and seen by a technician to observe the seriousness of the situation. I waited in the seating room. It felt like an acutal human hospital. The wait time was not long at all, appx 20 mins. I saw Dr. Gelman who was excellent. You get what you pay for and this was top notch. I have pet insurance and I called the next day and spoke with Meagan and she was so sweet to help me get a diagnoses for my insurance company. From the Greeters, to the technician, to Dr. Gelman, to Meagan with my insurance, I could not ask for better service. I may use oradell as my regular vet. Very IMPRESSED and my little Jack is healed just fine now!
