Absolutely wonderful! The guys up there have DECADES of experience. Joe (the owner) can never be stumped with a question. The only way for a customer to be unhelped or left with questions is if they were unclear when asking. My advice is to have dimensions of pond, aquarium, number of fish, and other numbers on hand when posing a question. It is a great place to visit and shop!!!!
