I had scheduled 3 different days for these folks to come out and service my pond - each time they didn't show up....not even the courtesy of a phone call to tell me they wouldn't ...

Waste of time 11/2/2011

I had scheduled 3 different days for these folks to come out and service my pond - each time they didn't show up....not even the courtesy of a phone call to tell me they wouldn't be coming that day. When I call the shop they promise to have someone call me, and no one returns my call. They finally show up 2 MONTHS after my original call to them and they are upset to find I had another company take care of my pond. They then threaten to send me a bill for a ""service call"". They were rude and obnoxious. NEVER AGAIN more

These Guys Are Geniuses 3/16/2011

Absolutely wonderful! The guys up there have DECADES of experience. Joe (the owner) can never be stumped with a question. The only way for a customer to be unhelped or left with questions is if they were unclear when asking. My advice is to have dimensions of pond, aquarium, number of fish, and other numbers on hand when posing a question. It is a great place to visit and shop!!!! more

neat displays 5/9/2006

This is an awesome store for pets other than the normal dog and cat. Theres an outdoor aquarium, and a huge bird cage when you walk in. You can find all kind of unique fish/reptiles and aquatic animals, with prices comparable to even the big chains. more

Great Ponds 11/30/2005

Neither one of us are very talented at landscaping, so we hired Pets Plus Water Gardens to put in a little fish pond in our backyard. They did a great job, they left us with step by step instructions to care for the pond, no problems yet. They gave us a number to call if we had any problems. The pond itself looks great, they did not tear up our yard at all. It is exactly what we wanted. more

I wouldnt really recommend this place to anyone unless you cant find something ANYTWHERE else. They sell small animals and fish, aquarium equipment and pond equipment. They smoke inside of the store. It is very dumpy. more

Garden Pond Experts 9/6/2005

Pets Plus has been selling garden fish ponds for many years and was the local "expert" long before the ponds became so popular. They carry a large selection of ponds, pumps and accessories as well as fish and plants for the ponds. Additionally they offer helpful advise before and after the sale. more
