I am an event coordinator. I love walking into a catering hall that I feel confident will do a great job for my client and make me look good as well. Mike knows his food and knows what pleases people. Joyce could not have been more accomodating to my client's wants, and she discussed the progress of the party over the course of the planning process. They were always available. Also, they create menus for the individual and can handle any food preference. They even prepared homestyle southern cooking for my client who is stationed at the airforce base. I could not have been happier! People that make my life easy and are pleasant to work with are at the top of my list!
