Cater 2u

I have had a few events with Joyce, Mike and their eager to p,ease staff. Although I've been to weddings at their venue, my personal business with them was offsite on both occasions. The dependability of this caterer, the willingness to take care of your event so you can ENJOY your event is why I am taking the time to write this review. I will be using them for at least two more events...did I mention their cuisine is delicious...everyone raves over the display as well as the tastes! Call them. more

We there to inquire about having our wedding reception there . Well when we enter we felt sooooo disrespected by the slap in the face we got of cigaret smoke!!!!! It was as if they just sit in there with all their employees and smoke, all day every day! We were there for 5min before we couldn't take it anymore and left. Don't waist your precious time and gas to go there. more

I am an event coordinator. I love walking into a catering hall that I feel confident will do a great job for my client and make me look good as well. Mike knows his food and knows what pleases people. Joyce could not have been more accomodating to my client's wants, and she discussed the progress of the party over the course of the planning process. They were always available. Also, they create menus for the individual and can handle any food preference. They even prepared homestyle southern cooking for my client who is stationed at the airforce base. I could not have been happier! People that make my life easy and are pleasant to work with are at the top of my list! more

Thanks to the splendid staff at Cater 2U! We had a surprise 75th birthday party for my father and it was great. The food was scrumptious and the waiters and bartender were fantastic. Definitely looking to have future events there. more

Surprise 30th birthday party. I hosted a birthday party for my spouse at Cater 2U. It was a small intimate party for my family and friends. Everything went seamlessly. I enjoyed not having to work at my own party as well as the food, drinks, and service. I always appreciate when people go beyond what they are required to do. Our bartender made us specialty drinks, and their event coordinator, Joyce, helped us set up the room prior to my husband's arrival and basically walked me through every step of the event. My husband was very pleased. more

We shopped & researched 5 area Caterer, We chose Cater 2U Because they were the only one who are an all in one caterer,professional, friendly & they gave us a tasting that was fantastic and delicious. Frank & Mary more

i had a 50th anniversary for my grandparents and let me just tell u the place was wonderful. The staff was very polite and the food was excellent! i would definately recommend this place to anyone who is trying to schedule an event from bday parties to weddings. more

My dad was being honored at an event at Cater2U. It is located right off Route 38 so it is easy to get to. There was a wedding reception going the same night. There are two reception rooms, one big one small, ours was in the small room. \r \r The dinner was buffet style however they only had 1 person serving from 5 trays of food, so the line did get long rather quick. The open bar was on a really small table that was located in the lobby so we didn't have too much privacy as you had to actually leave the reception room if you wanted to get a drink.\r \r There was a DJ at the wedding reception as expected, but you could hear the music as if the DJ was in our reception room. This was very distracting to our event and the wait staff didn't do anything to fix the situation. \r \r Overall it is a nice place but the food wasn't that great and if you plan an event make sure you find out if other events are scheduled for the same night in the other room. This is where I held my wedding reception. We were very happy with it. The staff was experienced and everything went smoothly. The food was great. The dessert table was more than anyone expected. It came out with sparklers which made it really exciting. Everyone had a really great time here and it was very affordable as well. more
