the general manager of this store named cynthia lincoln is horrible. she spoke to me as though I was a 3 year old. The other 2 girls working were very friendly but very busy and the manager cynthia seemed very very annoyed that she had to help me even though she was only standing there. I needed to find out what ink cartridge my printer used and the manager spent a long time telling me how i should look it up before i shop and when she finally agreed to look it up for me it took all of 30 seconds which was a lot less time than the 5 minutes or so she spent trying to avoid helping me. She was disrespectful and rude and I never plan on shopping there again. As i was leaving she told me to give her 5 stars on a survey like staples was my favorite restaurant. Why someone would say that after being nothing but rude is beyond me. Bad customer service.
