I am very very happy with the service of all of the staff that I have come in contact with especially Jim! We are in the middle of organizing a major fundraiser for Medford and he has been super! We have a number of board members and several of us have had to e-mailed stuff to the store ( Jim) and he it is ready when I come to pick it up ( and pay). The ease of working with this Staples as been great! Jim has re-sized materials for us and been very patient with all of my many questions. When I told him about a poster that I wanted to make he let me know that I could have something very similar at at huge discount by being a bit flexible on my exact dimensions, as well as the 30% off promotion which I didn't even know about till he told me. We were going to only use them for one small project and it has turned into quite a bit more. Thanks so much Jim and the rest of your staff. NEVER SHOP HERE 3/12/2011

the general manager of this store named cynthia lincoln is horrible. she spoke to me as though I was a 3 year old. The other 2 girls working were very friendly but very busy and the manager cynthia seemed very very annoyed that she had to help me even though she was only standing there. I needed to find out what ink cartridge my printer used and the manager spent a long time telling me how i should look it up before i shop and when she finally agreed to look it up for me it took all of 30 seconds which was a lot less time than the 5 minutes or so she spent trying to avoid helping me. She was disrespectful and rude and I never plan on shopping there again. As i was leaving she told me to give her 5 stars on a survey like staples was my favorite restaurant. Why someone would say that after being nothing but rude is beyond me. Bad customer service. more
