On February 28, 2011 my wife broke down on I 71 on her way to a meeting in Columbus. Evaluation of damage was broken left front axle and right front wheel bearing. Being from Cleveland I didn't have a clue where to have my car serviced. I checked the internet and found Acceleration, spoke to John and he had my car transported to his location. Vehicle was repaired and I picked it up on Saturday November 5th. Drove back to Cleveland and vehicle performs flawlessly. I have forwarded John's name and phone number to my repair shop here in Cleveland in case someone should encounter the same situation my wife encountered. Great service and very fair price. I highly recommend taking your BMW to Acceleration rather than a BMW Dealership. Excellent service!!!
