On February 28, 2011 my wife broke down on I 71 on her way to a meeting in Columbus. Evaluation of damage was broken left front axle and right front wheel bearing. Being from Cleveland I didn't have a clue where to have my car serviced. I checked the internet and found Acceleration, spoke to John and he had my car transported to his location. Vehicle was repaired and I picked it up on Saturday November 5th. Drove back to Cleveland and vehicle performs flawlessly. I have forwarded John's name and phone number to my repair shop here in Cleveland in case someone should encounter the same situation my wife encountered. Great service and very fair price. I highly recommend taking your BMW to Acceleration rather than a BMW Dealership. Excellent service!!! more

I've trusted this shop for many years to honestly repair my cars. They even allow me to provide my own parts if I source them elsewhere and they are open to offer economical solutions for sometimes otherwise expensive foreign vehicle repair. \r \r Their team has the wealth of knowledge and experience required to fix older cars when newer techs at dealers may not. Which mean time & money. Working on newer and warranty repair a dealer's prerogative is replace every part with new parts so they make $$$ on the retail parts price paid by you or the manufacturer. If you're not aware, dealers also charge an over estimated time rate when the service may be done in half the time while you pay for higher estimated time to repair. \r \r Acceleration charges for actual time to repair at a fair hourly rate! more
