Our furnace had always been an area of concern since we moved into this house. We had it checked out a couple of times by other companies within the Crystal Lake area. They all just came in and spent no more than 15 minutes down by the furnace and came up and did nothing but try to sell us a new furnace. Never once did they tell us if anythign was wrong or if it would last any longer. High pressure sales and shady characters!!! We tried one last company and that was Black Diamond.....they sent a guy out to our house and his name was Kevin. He not only spent 45 minutes at our furnace cleaning it and checking it out.....he asked if we had any one out before him and we reluctantly said yes.....he said that he could tell someone took the door off the furnace but NO ONE ever touched the inside.
