Since Habib was off work the day I went in to purchase the car, he contacted Jay for me (on a day when he wasn't working!), and Jay was the one that took me for a test drive for the car and took my dad and I through the credit application. Gave us water and coffee while filling out the form -- quite friendly. Did not hesitate to answer any questions about the car.
