I purchased a 2011 Honda Fit Sport from this dealership, and while I am happy with the car and its price, I am extremely displeased at the misrepresention of the car alarm sold by the finance manager, David, that I spoke with.\r \r Sales:\r Worked with Habib over the internet, asking him to match prices from other dealerships or lower the dealership's price. He was great at giving me quick responses and honest when he said that they could not go any lower. Very satisfied with his professionalism.\r \r At the dealer:\r Since Habib was off work the day I went in to purchase the car, he contacted Jay for me (on a day when he wasn't working!), and Jay was the one that took me for a test drive for the car and took my dad and I through the credit application. Gave us water and coffee while filling out the form -- quite friendly. Did not hesitate to answer any questions about the car. Spent about an hour with him test-driving and filling out the credit application. Gave him a printout of my email c more

I ran in horror from the slick salesman and dishonest service at South Bay Honda to find an oasis at Larry Hopkins Honda. I bought my Civic Hybrid for AAA's no-haggle price, and as promised got a good deal with no haggling at all. Even loaded with accessories, it still cost less than the same car at South Bay. \r When I take my car in for regular service, the service dept is always courteous, efficient, and prompt. They let me know the cost up front and have never charged me a penny more than that. The car has always been returned in tip-top condition.\r It's very odd to find a car dealership with an aura of self-respect. I like that. I go out of my way to come here, and my mom (who was a loyal customer at South Bay for over 20 years until they came under new management and went down the toilet) has now sworn she loves it here and won't take her car anywhere else. Our Honda gets serviced here. The folks who work here are friendly and unlike other dealerships they sometimes dont recommend some services, though it would have been an easy way for them to make money. They are on time and the car comes back clean. Recommended. more

I take my HOnda to this location for maintenance and service. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I dontk now much abot cars and how they work, so the staff really explain all tthe woek that needs to be done very clearly. And I dont think they are rippng me off coz I dont know much about cars. \r \r Oil change and maintenance reminders come in the mail. Thats really helpful for me. more

I gave him the lowest price that was offered to me at other dealerships and he was able to get back to me quickly with a price that I was very happy with. A smooth transaction and a very happy customer I am. more
