I started going to this vet when an emergency cropped up with my dog and my reg. vet couldn't fit me in right away. Turned out, my dog had cancer (the vet thought he could get it all, so did I want to proceed with the surgery? Well, duh, of course! Guess what...he didn't get it all.) After surgery anytime I called the vet with a question NO ONE would call back! Not like I was calling for some simple problem...these were terminal cancer and post surgery issues.\r
Had a cat with thyroid issues that needed daily meds to control. Long story short...this vet never got the meds adjusted to the correct dosage and my cat was in agony and needed to be put to sleep. Horrible care was given, no follow ups, again no returned phone calls. Dosage of medicine was too high after blood work was done to check it, yet no one called to have me adjust it. I repeatedly told the vet how my cat was acting odd and his response was that maybe she had fleas! I mean, really?\r
