This is the first time I've ever felt the need to complain about a companies serivice. I intially called on Feb. 10th to get my hot tub cleaned and to have a new Filter installed. It's not March 17th and My hot tub that was working fine has now, had a broken filter cap from Service guy and now water is spraying where it wasn't spraying before.\r

When they first came out I requested afternoon service and they just showed up as I was late and leaving they gave me some Jet cleaner and told me to run in hot tub for 24hrs which We turned filled up our hottub and ran our hot tub. Totally working fine.\r

Then he came back the following week to put filter in since when they came out the first time they did not have the right one with them.\r

When they brought the filter out they installed it then broke the cap on the filter. So they said they had to come back out again. So they did with a deffective Cap. So again had to go back to there store to get yet another cap. I was told that I wouldn
