Pacific Pest Control has the best customer service I have experienced in years from any service company. Friendly, reliable, and thorough. Moreover, they explain all of their products and offer less toxic and more natural bug sprays. If you have pets or kids, they will work with you and follow your instructions. They are a smaller company, but are much better than the larger commercial pest companies. I try to avoid harsh chemicals because I am paranoid about the affects, so I only use them several times a year. However, I strongly recommend them.
