So far, our experience with Pacific Pest Control has been pretty good. Awhile back, Craig was in the neighborhood, and he was checking on the new construction around us. He came up and knocked on our door and told me that there were rodents in the area. Sure enough, he was right! He pointed out and explained that along all of the houses there is a "J trim" and it's supposed to be sealed to the main wall or rodents are known to get into the walls. The builder is supposed to seal that area. Now, I didn't have to hire him to take care of the issue, but I liked that he was taking time to explain what was going on, and what I needed to do. I called up the builder and told him that he better get to my house as fast as he could to seal up the "J Trim", and he did. I hired Craig for preventative measures. He sealed off all of the holes that mice could get in through, he closed them off with metal. I was really impressed with the work he did. I felt good that he didn't just put down a few traps and leave, but that he was proactive and took care of things before they became an issue. Now, I have them treating my house for Wolf Spiders. I think it is because we are in a construction zone. So far, I don't think the products they're using are working, because the spiders keep coming! It's like Arachnophobia at my house! I'm freaking out! But, Pacific Pest comes out right away if I need them and I really like that. I used to have them every other month, but now I need them every three weeks. Craig has taken time to explain to me that the spiders need to crawl past the border where they've sprayed. I think they need better quality spray or stronger stuff! I've been very happy with Craig and everyone there. They are thorough, and very nice guys. They show up on time, even if I'm running late! Craig is patient and explains everything he plans on doing and why. I appreciate that they are genuinely concerned when I am concerned. I've only used Pacific Pest Control twice, but so far, so good. They came to my door one day, and I decided to hire them to get rid of vermin, snails and spiders. They come every two months for regular service. I have found them to be very friendly. They always knock to announce their arrival, which is nice. They seem to be efficient, and to do a good job. I have no complaints. more

I'm pretty happy with Pacific Pest Control. Those guys were fantastic! I have to say, I called them thinking it was a different company. I had some rats in the attic that I couldn't get rid of, and I was actually responding to another company's radio ad, but when I went online to get the number I got Pacific Pest Control's number instead. But anyway, the salesman who called me was very nice, and I was confident they could take care of the problem. They came over and looked at the situation, took some measurements, and even removed a dead rat from a trap, even though they were just there to tour the place and I hadn't actually employed them yet. They gave me a price, then came over in a few days to get started. They started on time, and they had a really nice crew. I've dealt with some other people where the crews were a little rougher, but these guys were really nice, and they cleaned everything up. They did cause a hole in the ceiling, but they had a drywall guy there that same day and he repaired it. He did it properly too, cut it out and put a new piece in, then the guy returned the next day and textured it, so I was really happy, I guess. Pacific Pest Control completely cleaned it up and put in new insulation that is supposed to be pest free. I went up there and it looked good, and it smelled much better. I did smell a dead rat two days later, so maybe one got in. I have a feeling one escaped, as I have a very difficult attic with lots of nooks and crannies. Pacific Pest Control was the first company I used that was actually able to find some entry points. Most companies usually just put traps down, then say that because I have a Spanish tile roof there is nothing else they can do. Pacific Pest Control found 3 entry points. I'm hoping that with the closing of those entry points, the pest elimination insulation, and a half-dozen bait stations around the yard they can solve the problem. I'm confident they can, and I'm actually having them do some termite work for me in another location within the next couple of days. more

Pacific Pest Control has the best customer service I have experienced in years from any service company. Friendly, reliable, and thorough. Moreover, they explain all of their products and offer less toxic and more natural bug sprays. If you have pets or kids, they will work with you and follow your instructions. They are a smaller company, but are much better than the larger commercial pest companies. I try to avoid harsh chemicals because I am paranoid about the affects, so I only use them several times a year. However, I strongly recommend them. more

I had a roach problem in my kitchen. It was something I inherited from the previous owners of the home. I have little kids that were just starting to crawl, and my biggest fear was that they would find one. I was with another company for a year. They had several people come in, but nothing ever worked. My parents hired Craig at their home. After my contract was up with the other company I had nothing to lose, so I went with Pacific Pest Control. After the first session the roaches were gone. I have now been using Pacific Pest for about a year and a half. They are wonderful. They saved my home because I was ready to tent or try anything; I couldn't stand it anymore. more

I have never had a pest control service that was so committed to customer satisfaction and service than I have had with Craig and Pacific Pest Control. He continues to surprise me, and goes above an beyond what I expect. Maybe it's just because of what I was used to before. I've been nothing but pleased with Pacific Pest Control. I had a great experience with Pacific Pest Control. They did everything I wanted. We had rat problems as well as black and brown widow problems. Pacific Pest throughly inspected the property and asked me specifically what the issues were. Craig was great. He told me what he was going to do and did what he said. He followed up by getting me on a contract for treatment every other month to start. The results were as good as they could be, relative to the California environment odds. I was really impressed with Craig. I could tell that he loved his job and that got me excited. I have already referred people to him. more

I have used Pacific Pest Control for spiders, and then recently we had a flee infestation. Craig came right out and took care of the flee problem too. I haven't really seen any additional spiders. He came out one time and that was it; I didn't have to have them come back. Craig worked around my schedule. They are great. Craig does a great job. I think he really knows his stuff. He knows the different kinds of spiders and all about flee larva. I can tell he knows his stuff. He is also really polite and nice. He is timely, reliable, and a nice guy. He always answers the phone to take care of me, even when he is working, which is surprising. It is great that he is on the computer too because we can just email back and forth. We had a major rodent and ant problem. We had both ants and rats getting into our kitchen. We looked up Pacific Pest Control online and had them come to our home for a free quote. I was very pleased how professional and safety conscious the technician was. He set some pet friendly traps in the kitchen so our dog would not get hurt from the traps. We even caught a rat in the kitchen 30 minutes after they left our home. He said the key is to also seal off all the entry points with wire mesh so they cannot re-enter in my house. They sealed several areas and warrantied it and I have not seen or heard anymore so far. The great thing about their service is they have my home under warranty so they will return between visits for free! more

Pacific Pest communicates when they will come to your home and they do come at the scheduled time within reasonable time parameters. Craig, the rep for my home was nothing but totally professional and always communicated what and why he was doing what he was doing.
