Laureate has managed six properties for me very well since 2004, in central Denver, Broomfield, and Thornton. They are fair, they communicate well, have good customer service, and don't charge as much as others. They are responsive through email and cell phone whenever I have a question or a concern.
Their people have all stepped up over the years when needed. The owners see the micro picture and the macro picture. I would recommend them highly.
