It was definitely a battle to find the place as its nestled way back in on the Nu-River, but we had a great time when we finally found it, so get directions ahead of time so you don't drive in circles and get lost. We sat at a high-top overlooking the marina and water, sodas are served in plastic cups with straws. The menu is kind of different in the sense that there is a lot of emphasis on meat / pasta / entree meals which wasn't expected. I pictured this place to have a more "raw bar" menu like fried seafood, cheap eats, etc.\r
I had the deckhand fish sandwich, and it was super fresh & all white non-fishy meat, grilled with a light sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning, and a squeeze of lemon. The fish fillet was huge, long & thick, and their thick chunky french fries were absolutely delicious and fresh as well. I was in absolute fish sandwich heaven and I've been dreaming about it ever since! My boyfriend loved his fried grouper sandwich as well. As first time patrons, I would definitely come back here and recommend this place to anyone looking for a new, different, and funky restaurant to try! You won't be disappointed!
