Once the order is placed the drama begins. First, we got the story that the rims were too big for the car and they emailed a few choices. Of course the prices of the choices were higher. We picked from the new choices on a Thursday. Sal, stated I would get a email confirmation that night. I never received anything. Saturday, I called for status. I was given a run around so I stated I wanted a receipt faxed to me. They made it seem like I was asking for the world. I was finally given a non working tracking number. Who does that? I called ten minutes later to get a another number and no answer. Figures right? I began to email for status and recived to answer. Monday, I got an email stating I would receive both a fax and email later that day. I finally called late Monday. I was recived with a TON of attitude. This compnay missed th memo on customer service. How are they still in business? I was told to check my email in 1 hour and guess what. NOTHING an hour later so I called again. This Sal character had a nerve to act like I was bothering him. What nerve! He was going to give me another tracking number. I asked him to give me a minute to get a pen and he told me I should have done all that before I called. JERK. I finally cancelled my order. I should have done this Saturday. This has all the signs of FRAUD. What kind of company takes 4 days to produce tracking number and a receipt. They acting like $950.00 is not money. My advice STAY AWAY from doing business with so called company. My next step is calling my credit card company.
