Sal tried to get me too I called about some 28"" wheels and tires out the Lowrider was quoted $2750 payed $1500 upfront .I got the same as everyone else rims I ordered would not fit and needed to choose a different one which of course was $500 more.I tried to just cancel and was told I would have a 25% cancellation fee.He then negotiated and said he would just charge $200 extra I agreed.Told me they would ship out in an hour and he would be sending a tracking number and invoice with remaining balance never sent and he says we sent it to your email.Been trying to reach them but it's like trying to catch a leprechaun.I got him once and he gave me a bogus tracking #.I had to go through the BBB and my bank and report him as a fraud company to get my money back.If the UPS truck ever shows up I'm just turning him away. They are now going by the name PIONEER TIRE AND WHEELS in LOWRIDER. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! more

Me and my husband ordered a set of rims from sal out of the lowrider mag. on a thursday. We Payed 1500.00 up front. Saturday we were supposed to get a tracking number for the rims and tires and never did. So on monday I start looking at all the BAD reviews and I call him. when I feel like he is giving me the run around like everyone said in the reviews I sat to get an attitide with him and I let him know about all the bad reviews. He simply told me that it was just other companies tryin to give him a bad rep.So after I got rude with him a couple of times I finally calmed down and he said our rims would be there by friday. even though we had a tracking number it still said UPS had not recieved anything just the shipping label. well friday comes around and NO rims. SO once again it back to Hassilin sal. He offered to give me a refund and I we told him that we would rather have the rims if there was a different way we could get them. so he suggested he would call the dallas location and if they had the rims we had the option to drive to dallas to get them or it would be next day delivery. so we agreed that is dallas didnt have them then we wanted our refund. more

Once the order is placed the drama begins. First, we got the story that the rims were too big for the car and they emailed a few choices. Of course the prices of the choices were higher. We picked from the new choices on a Thursday. Sal, stated I would get a email confirmation that night. I never received anything. Saturday, I called for status. I was given a run around so I stated I wanted a receipt faxed to me. They made it seem like I was asking for the world. I was finally given a non working tracking number. Who does that? I called ten minutes later to get a another number and no answer. Figures right? I began to email for status and recived to answer. Monday, I got an email stating I would receive both a fax and email later that day. I finally called late Monday. I was recived with a TON of attitude. This compnay missed th memo on customer service. How are they still in business? I was told to check my email in 1 hour and guess what. NOTHING an hour later so I called again. This Sal character had a nerve to act like I was bothering him. What nerve! He was going to give me another tracking number. I asked him to give me a minute to get a pen and he told me I should have done all that before I called. JERK. I finally cancelled my order. I should have done this Saturday. This has all the signs of FRAUD. What kind of company takes 4 days to produce tracking number and a receipt. They acting like $950.00 is not money. My advice STAY AWAY from doing business with so called company. My next step is calling my credit card company. more

OK where should I start We were in the market for a set of 22"" rims so I brought a low rider magazine and looked it over and called USA Tire & Wheel Outlet(sn) their also known as SAC Wheels. So I call and reach Sal ask him about a set set of 22"" and he told me $1050 what a great deal but every thing that sounds good is not good. So I gave Sal my information about my car and he said,""yes the rims you want will fit"" so I gave him my cc info he ran it and said ,""it didn't go thru, I told him BS I bank with a local bank and it did go thru so he then said the address don't match BS so any way he told me to call him the next day at 6pm to get a tracking number and I did and he ask what kind of car do i have wtf so I told him again he said give him 5min the next day came .I called my bank and alerted them that this company is a fraud so i called Sal again and he sent me a email of other rims that will fit so I pick 1 ask when will they ship out he said in 1 hr BS I call him back 4hrs later no tracking so I told him about me calling the bank on him I got my money back and no rims from Sal just a headache which was cured by aspirin. Sal had me mail an $800.00 money order to U.S.A. Tire for tires and rims and told me that was the total for EVERYTHING!! I wasnt informed of the surprise $380.00 shipping and handling fee that I later found out about after I FED-EX'd them my money. I called and told Sal that I didnt have any way to come with the extra surprise fee and he told me to rob a bank! My order came and had to be sent back and Sal says that It will cost $600.00 for the order to be returned back to them for SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND OTHER FEES!!! Makes me want to make a ""SPECIAL"" ""SURPRISE"" trip to Cali!!!! If I would have been informed of the extra fee at the time I sent them my money I would have waited until I had the extra money and could afford it. I mean, wouldnt that have made sense??? Where to begin? For starters I ordered a set of 13x7 knock offs with white wall tires for my 84 Buick Regal. I specifically asked him if the price he'd given me ""480.00 dollars"" was for everything, to the door. He said, ""that's everything ready to install to your door"", so that was four days ago. He said they were ready to ship and to call back the next day. I called back to ask for a tracking number and he rattles off some number that didn't work. So when I call back today ""Saturday"" he tells me they won't ship until Monday, so you could imagine my confusion by now. They were ready to go yesterday, what happened? So I ask after reading the other reviews left if that was the total cost? Now suddenly I have to pay an additional 170.00 dollars? What happened to 480 being for everything? This company should be shut down. The guy straight lied to me about shipping. They told me a total price, and once i received the wheels i had to pay again for shipping. Then i asked about returning them and they told me i would have to pay a restocking fee. I've ordered from these guys at least five times and everytime there was a problem except once. I've read alot of bad things about this company using unethical sales practices, but i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt....what a mistake! I called to ask how much a set of wheels and tires were. I was told a price. I asked how much including shipping and was told a higher price. I agreed to buy them and then was transfered to another person who ran my credit card. 2 days later i was called back and told i would have to pay shipping COD. I was given a line of lies by the owner and treated with no respect.
