Poor service, poor quality of the repair.
Was directed to Gilsons Auto Body by the insurance company. Will never use their service again and will never recommend it to anybody.
The worst experience with an auto body shop in my life.

It seems as though you were upset since the insurance company would not approve your windshield as part of your claim. Gilson Auto Body(as well as all other shops)is only allowed to repair/replace what is part of the claim. We tried to work with you and even stayed until 6:30 to deliver your car. We are very much into customer service however we cannot control the insurance companies approval of additional parts to be replaced.
