This is one of the worst customer service I ever had. The company guys keeps saying "" I have this system"" whenever he comes to any house for repiar or install. He damaged my existing working system and charged $40.00 saying he will repair but never repaired and finally made errors in my agreement terminations and keeps saying he made mistakes for a year but his response to that reminder of mistakes was nasty. Finally had to end his contract a month before even though I made payment before hand. Moved to other company thinking enough is enough with this nasty company which had worst customer service. Never will recommend to anyone. Beware of falling into their low cost trap like Indian or Chinese companies.
