Had my saddle dropped off with a verbal understanding that it would be a two week turn around. At the end of two weeks I was told by the owner it would be the following week. Three weeks later I still don't have the saddle repaired even though I had to pre-pay! Still waiting for a refund. The owner was very difficult to work with and really didn't seem to care that she lost a sale. Definitely would not do business with them again. Very poor customer service. more
